We have now completed another amazing step forward in the localization process of our European operations. As previously announced, this week we released reduced localized shipping costs, as well as VAT-inclusive pricing, to help ensure the long-term sustainability and credibility of FGXpress in Europe.
Our strides in the past few months have been focused toward offering our Members throughout Europe an increased level of service and reliability through localization, while solidifying our presence within this market. Of course, implementation of these advancements also require us to ship inventory from the United States to Poland, which includes considerations and additional costs associated with custom clearance, duties and taxes for our international inventory shipments. Therefore, also released with the implementation of VAT, you product pricing has been adjusted up to 3% to help equalize the effect of these additional shipping costs and considerations.
Even though the price of products has increased slightly to support these endeavors, we are confident our business sustainability in Europe is now greater than ever. In the spirit of transparency, we pass our local shipping costs to you directly without any markup, and offer a breakdown of all charges in your web office while offering reliable, secure, and timely shipping to help you build a long-term, viable business.
