Q: How long will this promotion be in effect for new Members?
A: New Members must enroll on or before March 16. They will have four commission periods from the date of purchase to qualify for the Rising Star promotion bonus.
Q: How long will this promotion be in effect for existing Members?
A: Existing Members have through March 16 to have the qualifying structure in place.
Q: Does an existing Member who buys-in with the Consumer, Starter or All-Star Pack count as a new Personally-Enrolled Member in the Rising Star promotion structure?
A: No. Only new Personally-Enrolled Members in the correct placement within the binary tree during the promotional period count toward the qualification of the Rising Star promotion.
Q: Does each Member in the qualifying structure need to be on Autoship?
A: Yes, each Member, including the person earning the promotion bonus, needs to have an established Autoship of 100 QV or more throughout the promotion period to qualify for the promotion bonus.
Q: Which packs qualify me for the promotion bonuses?
A: Only the Consumer, Starter and All-Star packs will qualify a Member for the promotion. Additionally, having an active Autoship with the FGX SmartOrder Pack qualifies you at the Consumer Pack level. Any other pack, no matter the dollar value or volume, contributes to this promotion.
Q: I am from US, Canada, or Puerto Rico but one of my new Personally-Enrolled Members is from a different country. Does this person still help me qualify for the promotion?
A: No. Every Member in the qualifying structure must be from the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Q: Is this promotion bonus a one-time payment? When does it get paid?
A: Yes, this is a one-time bonus that will be processed the Monday following the end of the qualification period, which is May 16 for existing Members, or four periods (22 – 28 days) from date of purchase for new Members.
Q: Do I need to achieve the rank of Rising Star to earn the promotion bonus?
A: Yes. You need to achieve the rank of Rising Star to be eligible for the promotion bonus, which requires you to have one new personally-enrolled Star rank in each leg of your binary tree. By meeting these qualifications on the Starter or All-Star packs, you will also qualify as 1-Star!
Q: I am an existing Member who has never purchased a Consumer, Starter, or All-Star pack. Is it too late?
A: No. For the promotional period, you can buy-in to the promotion by purchasing a Consumer, Starter or All-Star pack. The higher pack you select, the higher your promotion bonus earning potential. You will need to have your full qualification structure in place before the promotion ends on March 16.
Q: I am an existing Member that needs to buy-in to be qualified for the Rising Star promotion. I enrolled a Member the week before the promotion started with an All-Star Pack. This week, I purchased an All-Star Pack. Does the Member I enrolled last week help qualify me for this bonus?
A: No. This Member would not help qualify you for the Rising Start promotion bonus. Only new Members that you enroll after your purchase of the Consumer, Starter, or All-Star pack contribute to your qualification for this bonus.
Q: I am an existing Member that has already purchased a Starter Pack before the promotion began. As long as I have an Autoship established each month and have the correct structure in place with Personally-Enrolled Members who also placed orders for Starter Packs, do I qualify or for the Starter Pack bonus?
A: Yes. Purchasing a Consumer, Starter or All-Star Pack in the past, as well as meeting the additional qualifications, confirms your eligibility for this bonus.
Q: I purchased a Consumer pack, but the rest of the Members in my qualifying structure purchased All-Star Packs. Which promotion bonus will I receive?
A: You will receive the promotion bonus for the minimum pack purchased within the entire qualifying structure. In this case, you would receive the promotion bonus for the Consumer Pack, which is $125. To ensure you earn the maximum bonus, we encourage you to purchase an All-Star Pack.
Q: I purchased an All-Star Pack, and so did all the Members in my qualifying structure except one Member who purchased a Starter Pack. Which promotion bonus will I receive?
A: You will receive the promotion bonus for the minimum pack purchased within the entire qualifying structure. In this case, you would receive the promotion bonus for the Starter Pack. We would suggest you enroll one more Member on an All-Star pack before the close of the promotion to earn the All-Star bonus.
Q: If I create two separate qualifying structures, will I earn the applicable promotion bonus twice?
A: No. Each Member can only earn this bonus once.
Q: What if one of the Members in my qualifying structure decides to return their pack?
A: If one of the total of seven (7) packs in your qualifying structure are returned or refunded, you will not qualify for the bonus, or it will be deducted from your future commission earnings.
