撕開背面。把貼片的黏貼面貼在皮膚上。
輕壓黏貼面，平滑地貼在皮膚上。
再撕開一面，持續平滑地貼在皮膚上。

為求最佳效果，每1-2天敷貼一片新的能量貼，洗完澡後，30-60分鐘使用，也必須拿掉能量貼30-60分鐘後才洗澡。使用能量貼時，您可能會有正常的發熱現象。您使用任何放在身體各部位產品時，注意自己的感覺，並且適需要調整。在自己比較難貼得到的地方，您在使用能量貼時，可能需要協助。

皮膚照護

只限於外用。避免在膝蓋或手肘、皮膚皺褶處、傷疤組織、燙傷或過敏部位使用。不要在臉部或發疹處、傷口或受傷皮膚使用。將貼片密封放入包裝袋中。一次只使用一片。避免將產品存放在直接日照處。保護產品避免過度潮濕。

儲存在68-77度華氏溫度(20-25度攝氏溫度)。您拿掉能量貼後，皮膚可能會覺得溫熱並且呈紅色。這很正常。短時間內，紅色就會消除。極少數的人可能會覺得不舒服。如果不舒服，趕快拿掉能量貼。有皮膚癌或其他皮膚問題者應該在使用前，徵詢醫師意見。

成份

能量貼有兩層。外層含基本的有機鍺。內層或黏貼層含專利混合成份：韓國紅蔘、銀與(Alpha-3 CMPTM)海洋單細胞海藻。
